Sweet Daddy Cupcakes

My kids love cupcakes. Ok, I'll be a little more honest. I love cupcakes. My kids adore cupcakes. Whenever they hear the word cupcake, a little dribble of drool starts to drip down their chins. Imagine their excitement when we walked into the Arrowhead Mall with the intention to play for only a few minutes at the indoor playground, and their eyes immediately found a large glass store front with cupcakes behind a sleek bakery counter. They were in heaven, a playground and cupcakes. It didn't take much to convince me. Like I said, I do love those sweet little treats almost as much as they do. We had arrived at the mall at about 9:30, so we did have to wait until 10, but it was well worth the wait. 

Their prices are reasonable (as far as cupcakes go, those things don't come cheap!) $3.25 for one and $12 for 4. After much deliberation (there was a good selection-the store had just opened after all), we decided to get Strawberry Cheesecake, Oreo, S'more, and one covered in sprinkles that didn't even last long enough to take a picture. 

These cupcakes were HUGE so we had plenty to take home and savor later. Do you want to know my favorite part? They've been on Cupcake Wars before. I don't think they won, but is one step closer than I'll ever be to meeting Florian and Candace.
